Workshops and Instruction
The Fretless has held numerous university-level master classes, private lessons, and orchestral workshops all around the world to high acclaim. Focusing on teaching the repertoire featured on their 5 award winning albums, The Fretless exposes ensembles and orchestras to traditional fiddle styles from Canada, the US, and the UK, in ways that have never been heard before.

The music from their three award winning albums has been personally orchestrated by The Fretless for intermediate to advanced players of all styles. Anyone can read the arrangements/learn them by ear and quickly pick up the nuances and musical goals of the group, while still pushing the boundaries of classical string techniques. Within a short amount of time, any group of players can start to sound like The Fretless!
